I'm excited to be starting my fourth year teaching at Windborne UM Preschool. I have a BS degree in Child Development and a NC teaching license for K-6 grades. I have spent numerous semesters observing and assisting in a variety of preschools during my college years. I taught Kindergarten for 1 year and First Grade for 3 years at Carver Elementary in Wendell before taking time off to raise my children. I have 3 children. My oldest is in elementary school. My middle child is 6 and graduated from Windborne Preschool. My youngest is 4 year old and will be in the Pre-K class this year. My family enjoys taking trips, most especially to Disney World. When I'm not out at the parks or the pool with my children, I enjoy cake decorating, sewing and scrap booking. I'm looking forward to welcoming you and your child to our preschool family.- Ms.Shauna
