I have a B.S. degree in Education from The Ohio State University. I started my career with the state of Ohio as a teacher/therapist with "Special Populations"; I have been involved with preschools as a teacher, asssistant, mother, and parent since my oldest was about 2 and he is almost 26 now. I have 4 children, 2 boys and 2 girls, and they are 26, 24,19, and 17. I am an active member of Pleasant Grove UMC and when I am not at work I love to garden, interior design & fix up my home. As one can tell, I have worn, and still am wearing many different hats, preschool related, church related, family related, and garden club related. I think my favorite is to teach preschool classes.-Ms. Jenny

I was a bookkeeper for 25 years and “retired” to be a stay-at-home mom when my kids started middle school. My son and daughter are going to college at UNC  . I’ve been married for 24 years to my husband, Mark, who works for Progress Energy. We relax at Atlantic Beach whenever we can.

Since August 2007, I’ve been at Windborne Preschool. Besides being a mom, being a teacher at Windborne is the best job I’ve ever had! I recently earned my Early Childhood Credential and look forward to working with the children in the Pre-K class again . My life is truly blessed by the staff at Windborne and most especially, by all of the children.
